I have had a passion for massage since I was 18 when I began having issues with my sciatic nerve and was in excruciating pain. I saw a chiropractor a few times but when I got my first massage I was hooked, it relieved the pain in the first session and I was taking the first step to getting back to normal.

I strongly believe massage is most beneficial with regular at home self care and suggest stretches after each session with my clients. I love using essential oils to help promote relaxation and assist in releasing stubborn muscle tension.

My typical client does one or both of these two things...
​
Sitting at a desk for work, we do it for most of our day and most of our week. It's typically uncomfortable sitting in the same position for most of the day so we move around and compensate for the areas that are uncomfortable. I help to correct the compensation patterns we fall into when sitting for too long.
​
Athletes...and I don't mean just the professionals, the people who workout regularly and can't get deep enough in their squats or deadlifts, the runners who are feeling pain or discomfort in their low back, knees or legs, the athletes having trouble lifting their normal amount of weight because of pain or tightness along their range of motion.

I help keep people moving and doing what they love.
