Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic Massage is manipulation of the body's soft tissue to decrease pain, increase flexibility and promote relaxation. In a therapeutic session we use a combination of massage modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Orthopedic, Sports Massage, IASTM and Cupping which allows us to tailor the session to your individual needs. It is offered in our 30, 60, 90 and 120 minute sessions.

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy Massage is therapy specifically tailored for the expectant mother's needs. It is also called pre-natal massage. We use side lying positioning to reduce pain and pressure on breasts, belly and low back. Available for all trimesters and in 30, 60, 90 and 120 minute sessions

Hot Stone Massage

​

Hot Stone is an add on service that allows us to use heated stones to relieve pain in tension in stubborn areas of pain. You can also add it on to provide more relaxation during your session. It costs $10 to add it on to 30, 60, 90 and 120 minute sessions.

KT Tape

​

For areas of pain that you need some relief, we have KT Taping to help support the muscle that's bothering you and allow that muscle to rest and relieve some of the inflammation in the area, allowing for a quicker recovery time.  This service is an add on and costs $10 per area.
